Our barre classes are carefully designed to be safe for women undergoing fertility treatment, who are pregnant, and for postpartum mamas. When you show up to class, you know you'll be taken care of.

Barre is meant to be challenging - but unlike 'bootcamps' or other no-pain-no-gain style workouts, barre is meant to meet you where you are. You'll find just the right challenge for your body, whether you're a recovering couch potato or an athletic go-getter!
