Service Description
Are you looking for a safe and effective postpartum workout you can bring baby to that also gives you results? Kangatraining is a complete workout during which both cardiovascular endurance/flexibility and muscular capacity/strength are enhanced. Unlike traditional exercise classes, new mums need not worry about finding a babysitter or minding an unsettled baby during class because the babies are worn in carriers and get to be part of the action! As well as the physical benefits, the opportunity to meet other local moms in a fun, relaxed environment boosts your emotional wellbeing. This series will meet once per week for 6 weeks with both indoor and outdoor classes (weather allowing) to give you a well-rounded workout that's fun, dynamic, and challenging! The pelvic floor and abdominal muscles as well as correct posture are given special attention. Your instructor is a certified babywearing consultant and can help moms ensure the safest and most comfortable carrying positions for their babies. You do not need to own a baby carrier to participate - carriers will be provided to moms who need them for class. Winter Term will run on Saturday mornings at 9am from January 11 - February 15, 2025.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 2 hours of class start time or simply do not show up for class, you will be charged a $10 no-show fee. If you encounter an emergency or other extenuating circumstance that interferes with your ability to attend class, please reach out to your instructor as soon as you are able before the class start time to let them know your situation.
