Service Description
Rebuild your strength, confidence, and connection in this postpartum-friendly fitness class designed for all fitness levels. Motherhood Moves I blends Pilates, yoga, and traditional strength training to help you gently transition from early postpartum recovery to building strength for the everyday demands of motherhood—and whatever movement you love most. Bring your little one along! Feed them, change them, soothe them -this class is designed with new moms in mind...we're all in the same boat. Stick around after class for the optional Mothers’ Circle—a 15-20 minute peer support group where you can connect, share, and chat with other moms navigating the postpartum journey. This class is perfect for moms cleared by their provider and ready to ease back into exercise, whether that’s at 6 weeks or 6 months postpartum. Motherhood Moves meets you where you are and helps you rebuild strength and confidence, setting the foundation for healthy, safe movement in the months to come. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 2 hours of class start time or simply do not show up for class, you will be charged a $10 no-show fee. If you encounter an emergency or other extenuating circumstance that interferes with your ability to attend class, please reach out to your instructor as soon as you are able before the class start time to let them know your situation.
