This postpartum-friendly class blends functional strength training with breathwork and core + pelvic floor work, creating a feel-good workout that supports your recovery while keeping your baby close in the carrier. Expect squats, lunges, arm circuits, and standing core work—all thoughtfully sequenced to improve posture, rebuild deep core strength, and support pelvic floor health.
