Learn how to mindfully revitalize your pelvic floor through a dynamic blend of yoga and pilates! In this class, each pose is carefully optimized to improve the function of your pelvic floor and the surrounding muscles, providing a whole-body approach to pelvic health.

Perfect for women of any phase of life, this class is an opportunity to connect with your body, rediscover steadiness and ease, and take charge of your pelvic wellness. While this is no substitute for medical intervention or physical therapy, reduction and management of symptoms through mindful movement is our goal!

Kangatraining Baby & Me Postpartum Fitness

Are you looking for a safe and effective postpartum workout you can bring baby to that also gives you results? Kangatraining is a complete workout during which both cardiovascular endurance/flexibility and muscular capacity/strength are enhanced.

Unlike traditional exercise classes, new mums need not worry about finding a babysitter or minding an unsettled baby during class because the babies are worn in carriers and get to be part of the action! As well as the physical benefits, the opportunity to meet other local moms in a fun, relaxed environment boosts your emotional wellbeing.

This series will meet once per week for 6 weeks with both indoor and outdoor classes (weather allowing) to give you a well-rounded workout that's fun, dynamic, and challenging! The pelvic floor and abdominal muscles as well as correct posture are given special attention.

Your instructor is a certified babywearing consultant and can help you ensure the safest and most comfortable carrying positions for your baby.

You do not need to own a baby carrier to participate - carriers will be provided to moms who need them for class.
