Prenatal Yoga Series

This 8-week virtual Prenatal Yoga series is thoughtfully designed to ease the common discomforts of pregnancy while intentionally preparing your body and mind for birth.

Each week, we’ll build progressively through gentle, purposeful movement, breathwork, and pelvic floor awareness to develop strength, stamina, and resilience for labor, while also practicing the art of relaxation, release, and nervous system regulation. This is not just stretching! It’s birth preparation in motion.

Whether you’re expecting your first baby or navigating pregnancy while caring for older children, this virtual series offers a grounding, consistent space to reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and prepare for a confident, empowered birth...wherever you are.

Taught by doula, prenatal yoga teacher, and childbirth educator Elise Hall.

If you anticipate giving birth before the series ends, please reach out for a prorated rate! If you do give birth before the end of the series, a partial refund will be issued for the classes you do not attend.

Kangatraining Baby & Me Postpartum Fitness

Are you looking for a safe and effective postpartum workout you can bring baby to that also gives you results? Kangatraining is a complete workout during which both cardiovascular endurance/flexibility and muscular capacity/strength are enhanced.

Unlike traditional exercise classes, new mums need not worry about finding a babysitter or minding an unsettled baby during class because the babies are worn in carriers and get to be part of the action! As well as the physical benefits, the opportunity to meet other local moms in a fun, relaxed environment boosts your emotional wellbeing.

This series will meet once per week for 6 weeks with both indoor and outdoor classes (weather allowing) to give you a well-rounded workout that's fun, dynamic, and challenging! The pelvic floor and abdominal muscles as well as correct posture are given special attention.

Your instructor is a certified babywearing consultant and can help you ensure the safest and most comfortable carrying positions for your baby.

You do not need to own a baby carrier to participate - carriers will be provided to moms who need them for class.

MomBod Method
