Elise is amazing! I had a great time moving my body and meeting other moms in my community.

I've been taking Elise's class, and it has been wonderful so far! My 7 month old falls asleep almost immediately in the carrier every time and seems to like being "on mom" while I exercise. I also had no idea if I would enjoy wearing my baby while exercising (usually I want my exercise time to be "me time"), but I have enjoyed it a lot. I really feel the workout when we are done
