I draw from my training and experience in birth, perinatal fitness, and Body Ready Method® principles to provide a whole-body approach to birth prep!
We’ll start with a 1-1 assessment of your unique movement patterns to get an idea of where you may be holding tension or compensating for common muscle imbalances.
Then, I’ll provide customized recommendations for exercise and daily habits to help bring your body back into balance to help ease the aches & pains of pregnancy, prepare your body for a smoother birth, and avoid common injuries and complications.
Ongoing sessions are available at a reduced rate and can be booked biweekly or monthly to keep your body balanced and responsive to the changes of each trimester. The earlier you start, the more time we have to build the foundation for a more comfortable pregnancy—and a more efficient, empowered birth.
