Kangatraining Baby & Me Postpartum Fitness

Are you looking for a safe and effective postpartum workout you can bring baby to that also gives you results? Kangatraining is a complete workout during which both cardiovascular endurance/flexibility and muscular capacity/strength are enhanced.

Unlike traditional exercise classes, new mums need not worry about finding a babysitter or minding an unsettled baby during class because the babies are worn in carriers and get to be part of the action! As well as the physical benefits, the opportunity to meet other local moms in a fun, relaxed environment boosts your emotional wellbeing.

This series will meet once per week for 6 weeks to give you a well-rounded workout that's fun, dynamic, and challenging! The pelvic floor and abdominal muscles as well as correct posture are given special attention.

Your instructor is a certified babywearing consultant and can help you ensure the safest and most comfortable carrying positions for your baby.
