MomBod Method: Rise

Whether you’re just beginning your fertility journey, recovering from loss, or navigating assisted reproduction, Rise offers a safe and supportive space to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body.

This class is rooted in evidence-based movement practices that support optimal pelvic health, hormonal balance, and nervous system regulation - essential foundations for fertility.

Each class blends gentle yoga, breathwork, Pilates-inspired core activation, restorative stretching, and targeted mobility to help you:

  • Support circulation to the uterus, ovaries, and pelvic floor

  • Downregulate the nervous system to reduce stress + promote hormonal harmony

  • Build strength and mobility for a healthy, receptive body

  • Reconnect with your body in a way that feels empowering, not clinical or out of your control

  • Develop deeper body literacy so you can interpret your cycle cues with clarity
