
Pre & Postnatal Barre is a total-body workout designed to support you through every chapter of motherhood—from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond.
Each class blends strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a way that’s safe for your core and pelvic floor. We focus on intentional, low-impact movements that build lean muscle, improve posture, and help you feel strong, stable, and connected to your body.
Whether you're preparing for birth, rebuilding after it, or simply seeking a class that honors the needs of motherhood, you’ll leave feeling grounded, empowered, and just the right amount of sore.
All fitness levels welcome. Bring your baby or toddler along—we love having little ones in the room (just give us a heads up)!
Not a mom? You're welcome too! While this class is designed to take into account the unique needs of pre- and postnatal students, non-moms will get an incredible workout as well (in fact, many of our students are moms, so you'll be in good company!)
